What I Love About Bend & Central Oregon
Bend has an incredible mix of outdoor adventure and amazing local spots that make it feel like home. One of my favorite places to grab a bite is Spork, where I always order their mouthwatering Green Curry with crispy pork belly—it’s the perfect mix of bold flavors and comfort. On the weekends, you’ll find me catching live music at Hayden Homes Amphitheater, soaking in the unbeatable atmosphere that makes Bend so special.

Hi, I’m Joseph Cox, owner and operator of Grand Welcome Bend & Central Oregon. I started my career in the industry as an on-site property manager. I’ve always been able to connect with people and that’s always been an asset in this role where I’m in front of people every day and responsible for marketing and public relations.
I have an upbeat personality and an ability to analyze situations from many different angles making my personality a natural fit for property management.
I spend my days caring for their properties and homes, proving both our guests and homeowners with unparalleled dedication. I get to work with amazing people from all over the world, and look forward to working with you.

When I’m not working, I love spending time fly fishing, grabbing a wood-fired pizza at Jackson’s Corner with my family, or catching live music on a summer evening at the Les Schwab Amphitheater.

I love spending my weekends walking along the Deschutes River Trail or checking out the local shops and food trucks in the Old Mill District. My passion for leadership doesn’t stop at work. I’ve been honored to give back to causes close to my heart, including serving as a Walk Chair for the Alzheimer’s Association. Community means everything to me, and I bring that same heart and dedication into every home we manage.
